Sheehy Auto Stores is looking for Parts Stock Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and be able to work collaboratively with other team members. In this fast-paced role, you must be able to perform logistics promptly. Prior automotive experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments
• Stock and organize automotive parts inventory accurately
• Pull and stage parts for service technicians
• Ensure parts are properly labeled and stored in designated locations
• Assist with regular inventory counts and inventory tracking
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parts department
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged parts, or missing items
• Support the Parts Department with daily operational needs
• Follow dealership procedures for inventory control and parts handling
• Work closely with Parts and Service team members to maintain an efficient workflow
  
  
  

Requirements

• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
• Knowledge of the parts system
• Computer skills
• Customer handling skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs to move batteries and package goods like coolant and oil.
