- Bi-Weekly Salary plus Monthly Commission
- Realistic earning potential: $80,000-$120,000 per year
- Subaru Pays up to $600 per unit on top of Sheehy commission pay plan.

- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
- Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
- Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
- Six months of Sales Experience Preferred
- Energetic and outgoing 'people persons' motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license
