This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Coordinator/Sales Support professional located in East Providence, RI. The role involves supporting the sales team in daily operations, coordinating customer orders, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting with sales processes. Responsibilities include managing client communications, monitoring project timelines, tracking orders, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring the efficient flow of information between departments.

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to include managing workflows, preparing quotes, and overseeing client orders
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients and team members
• Understanding of Sales processes, including generating leads and providing sales support
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Experience in the commercial furniture or design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
