Full-Time Leasing Associate
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused leasing agent to join the team at Legends at Wildcat Creek Apartments located in Kokomo, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and close deals. They should also have knowledge of the local rental market and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Get creative in the utilization of sales tools to say YES to your prospects and residents
- Maintain a professional, yet friendly atmosphere in the leasing offices and other areas where prospective residents and current residents meet.
- Inspects models and “market ready” vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness
- Answers incoming phone calls and handles each call according to SPM standards, whether it is a prospect call, upset resident, service request, etc.
- Greets prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, and professionally presents community and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits. Will take traffic on a rotating basis.

Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience as a Leasing Agent preferred but not required.
- OneSite Software experience preferred but not required.
