Job Description
Our ideal candidate will:
- Interact with people of various ages and backgrounds.
- Have a passion to help others and build people up physically and mentally during the training session.
- Be able to monitor and assist at least 4 people at one time during each training session.
- Have the patience to work with people who are challenged by the form and function of resistance training.
- Bring their best attitude to the training floor, no matter what may be going on privately.
And will be able to:
1. Design a full body; 45-minute workout; appropriate for the 45 body; in a semi-private environment.
2. Understand modifications to the designed workout and be prepared to offer them.
3. Train the designed workout.
4. Ability to teach group fitness classes (12 people).
5. Light housekeeping duties (empty trash and towels).
6. Understand and support the mission and vision set forth by the owners.
7. Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures as set forth by the owners.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
