Duties

- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, email correspondence, and calendar management
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in front desk operations or similar administrative roles
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks
