Warehouse Picker

This is a full-time 2nd shift position Sunday 10am-6:30pm and Monday-Thursday, 11am to 7:30pm or whenever done.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently picking orders for our Customers. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Conduct order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately using a "pick to light" system.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

Abilities Required

• Attention to detail
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently
• Requires prolonged standing, bending, and lifting

Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse management or inventory management is preferred.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
• Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Diploma or GED Preferred

Pay/Hours: This is a full-time 2nd shift position Sunday 10am to 6:30pm and Monday-Thursday 11am-7:30pm or whenever done.

• Pay $15.00/hr.
• $.50 additional at 90 days
• $.50 additional at 6 months
• If you work your fully scheduled shift plus any overtime required, you are eligible for the $40 attendance bonus per week.
