Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food and beverage team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and process payments efficiently using POS systems like OpenTable or other restaurant software
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
• Support team members by bussing tables, resetting stations, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Engage with guests to foster positive relations, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery in line with quality standards
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and wine or beverage pairings to assist guests effectively

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
• Strong knowledge of ToastPOS systems for order processing and cashiering
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and enhance guest experiences
• Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation techniques is highly desirable
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local regulations
• Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff and team members
