What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Sheds Unlimited?
We specialize with building that are $50,000 and have been growing to the point were we are looking for another Sale Rep. This position is one that will require someone who has a self driven, results focused, understands building measurements and desire to help clients find if what we offer is best for them
With the sales being an hourly pay structure, we make sure to adjust the pay based on your performance. This is a very laid back but proactive sales team(5 full time members currently) who help each other out but also work to hit there sales goals. Because of the pay structure we don't have to deal with the car dealership/ door to door toxic environment. There is a bonus structure for hitting set number ($5 Million ) but realistically it will take you a year to reach those numbers. There is no cold calls, no door to door, all work is done from within the office.

We absolutely have fun, but that is a byproduct of winning. We believe ideas are more important then titles, and many more. When you come on site we can go over all of our business philosophies as well as talk to the different team members to hear there perspective and experience here(not just from the hiring person)

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct negotiations to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demonstrations.
- Manage accounts and identify opportunities for business development and growth.
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
