Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Duties

  • Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents for meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain office management tasks such as filing & typing.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Support various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
