About the Role:
As a Lot Manager, you will be the face of our Haubstadt lot, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and driving sales. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, showcasing our high-quality products, and building lasting relationships with our community.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Showcasing our full range of sheds, metal carports/buildings and other products.
- Generating sales and processing orders.
- Maintaining the appearance and organization of the lot.
- Answering customer inquiries via email, phone and in-person.
Compensation:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary/commission on sales.
