What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in our skilled rehabilitation and long-term care programs
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions accurately and safely
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with therapy staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident recovery goals
- Educate and support residents and their families with compassion and professionalism
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
What We're Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in skilled rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Commitment to delivering outstanding clinical outcomes and customer service
