Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Pay: $27.25 – $28.75/hour (based on experience) plus shift premium

What You’ll Do
As a Die Cutter Pressman Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality production and smooth workflow across departments.
- Lead the setup and operation of die cutting presses
- Review factory tickets and ensure job specifications are followed precisely
- Inspect sheet alignment, cuts, and creases for accuracy and quality
- Install dies and run test sheets prior to production
- Perform ongoing quality checks throughout production runs
- Troubleshoot issues and communicate with supervisors when discrepancies arise
- Collaborate with the Printing Department to ensure layouts align with die specifications
- Approve jobs prior to print production when needed
- Complete all production paperwork accurately and on time
- Mentor and guide feeder operators, assigning tasks and supporting development
- Communicate with pre-make-ready teams to prevent setup issues
- Maintain strong teamwork across departments to keep production running smoothly
- Operate Power Industrial Vehicles (PIV) safely as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Die Cutter Pressman Lead
- Strong knowledge of die cutting processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production instructions
- Solid math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
