We’re a stable, family-oriented manufacturing company with over 100 years of experience producing quality folding cartons. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Folder Gluer Operator to join our Finishing Department. In this role, you will learn and operate a variety of finishing equipment, ensuring products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift: 3rd (10:00pm-6:00am)
Compensation
- Starting at $25/hr (Based on experience) plus $1.50 shift premium
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain Bobst finishing equipment (both hot melt and cold gluing systems), including:
- Domino 110
- Alpina with Easy Feeder and Cartonpack II
- Masterfold with Easy Feeder, Batch Inverter, and Cartonpack II
- HHS gluing systems
- Heiber Schroeder window machine
- Assist in leading and coordinating crew activities to ensure efficient production
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Folder Gluer operating experience highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment and support production goals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must successfully pass a mechanical aptitude assessment as part of the hiring process
