Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on patient care in a home health setting. The ideal candidate is reliable, compassionate, and skilled in assisting clients with both personal and basic clinical care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Take and record vital signs
- Support mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises
- Assist with positioning and comfort measures
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- Follow care plans and state regulations
- Communicate effectively with nurses, caregivers, and families
Experience
- Active CNA license (Wisconsin)
- Home health or long-term care experience preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $23.00 per hour
