Summary of position
Responsible for providing non-emergency transportation to residents for them to attend their medical appointments.
Requirements of the position
Required Education and Experience- High School diploma (or equivalent)
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have and maintain current CPR certification
- Satisfactory driving record with no more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years
- No record of Reckless Driving or DUI/DWI in the past seven (7) years
- Physical abilities capable of assisting residents into vehicles, pushing wheelchairs, etc.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Post-acute care or health care experience preferred
