As an Inventory Control Specialist in our Morgan Hill, CA facility your essential duties & responsibilities will be:
- Maintain accurate records of finished goods, raw materials, and in-process inventory
- Reconcile physical inventory with ERP system data and related reports
- Complete inventory transfers, including documentation and ERP entries
- Receive inventory in the ERP system and assist with physical receiving as needed
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry, including mass issuing, job receipt, and job closing
- Utilize required ERP reports
- Perform daily tasks in accordance with controlled Quality Documents
- Support additional tasks and projects assigned
Qualifications:
Education
- High School diploma required
- Associate degree (AA) preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in inventory control, manufacturing, or warehousing
- Intermediate computer skills or higher
- Experience with ERP systems
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with Cal-OSHA and applicable environmental regulations
Compensation:
$23.00 to $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
