We are seeking a Cosmetology School Admissions Representative to serve as the first point of contact for guests and prospective students. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while assisting with admissions, front desk operations, and general school and salon inquiries. This role involves greeting visitors, answering questions about enrollment, tuition, and services, and ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls
- Provide information regarding payments for salon services and tuition for students
- Register new or prospective students and collect required information (contact details, potential start dates, etc.)
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a warm, professional experience
- Offer information about the school, programs offered, tuition rates, and available financial options
- Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and updated records of appointments, student information, and payments
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, Admissions Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Professional Software Programs
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
