Can you ensure our Houston office receives exceptional IT support?
We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our global IT team, based in Houston.
In this hands on role, you will be the first point of contact for day to day IT support in the office, helping colleagues resolve issues quickly and keeping workplace technology running smoothly.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day onsite support in Houston work closely with the wider global IT team, who will provide guidance and specialist support whenever needed.
You’ll ensure workplace technology and local IT infrastructure are reliable and well maintained, manage support requests through the IT service platform, and support colleagues with laptops, peripherals, Microsoft 365 and meeting room technology.
You will take part in small projects such as device refreshes, office improvements and technology rollouts, contributing to better systems and user experience across the organisation.
Technically speaking…
You’ll have experience providing IT support in a business environment, including through internships, apprenticeships or similar hands-on support roles. You’re confident troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365 and common workplace technologies, and comfortable supporting colleagues who may not have a technical background.
You will set up and maintain local devices and office IT equipment, resolve support tickets, and document common fixes. You’ll also have opportunities to learn identity and access management activities using SailPoint, with full training and mentoring provided. Occasional visits to vessels, operational locations or the Houston datacentre may form part of your development.
