Production Supervisor

12 hour nights

Salary: $67,000-$85,000 annually DOE
$5000 Sign-On Bonus (1/2 at 6 months & 1/2 at 1 year)

We seek a Production Supervisor who will play a pivotal role in management of employees towards success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where we are experiencing tremendous growth.

As a Production Supervisor, you will:

• Manage, mentor and inspire your team to achieve top-notch quality products.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Uphold our commitment to safety and sanitation, creating a secure workplace for all.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, setting the standard for excellence.
• Engage in positive employee relations, providing training and evaluation to enhance skills.
• Monitor work performance and attendance, driving your team to meet performance metrics data to refine work processes and maintain essential documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and departmental coordination.
• Plan and establish effective work schedules to meet our ambitious goals.

What we're looking for:

• 4 year degree in a related, business or technical field such as food science, operations management, or engineering preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in a production management or supervision role, preferably in the food processing industry
• In some cases, education and experience may be substituted for the degree.
