We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to maintain our core technology infrastructure. This role serves as the internal escalation point for complex issues beyond our MSP's scope (SOC, NOC, Helpdesk), coordinating vendor traffic and ensuring reliable operation of network, telephony, and connectivity systems. You will be responsible for ISP circuit management, VOIP systems, failover configurations, and disaster recovery/business continuity planning alongside the CTO.

This role serves as the internal escalation point for complex issues beyond our MSP's scope (SOC, NOC, Helpdesk), coordinating vendor traffic and ensuring reliable operation of network, telephony, and connectivity systems. You will be responsible for ISP circuit management, VOIP systems, failover configurations, and disaster recovery/business continuity planning alongside the CTO.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for infrastructure issues beyond Tier 3 helpdesk support.
- Oversee vendor maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Oversee telephony and VOIP systems, ensuring reliable voice communications across the organization.
- Manage ISP circuit relationships, monitor bandwidth utilization, and coordinate failover configurations.
- Develop, test, and maintain disaster recovery plans and business continuity procedures.
- Coordinate and manage traffic between internal teams, MSP partners, and external vendors.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement infrastructure improvements and technology upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of network topology, system configurations, and operational procedures.
- Support Microsoft cloud environments including Azure AD, Intune, and Office 365 infrastructure.
- Perform local, in office T1-T2 support as directed
- 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or systems administration.
- Strong networking foundation with hands-on experience in routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
- Experience managing telephony/VOIP systems and ISP circuit relationships.
- Demonstrated experience with disaster recovery planning and business continuity.
- Fluency in Microsoft cloud platforms (Azure AD, Intune, Office 365).
- Relevant certifications preferred: CompTIA Network , CCNA, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across vendors, MSPs, and internal stakeholders.
