The Counter Sales Representative will manage the sales counter at our branch locations, which offer a variety of equipment, parts, and supplies from multiple brands. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, sales-driven environment.

Counter Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Take customers sales orders
• Build relationships with our customers and associates
• Create customer value with ultimate customer service that will drive 100% customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Support to the operations of the branch and branch manager
• Provide an excellent customer experience
  
  

Counter Sales Associate Qualifications

The right candidate for this role will possess the following:

• Local market knowledge (Preferred but not required)
• 1-3 yrs. of counter experience in HVAC wholesale Distribution (Preferred but not required)
• Great customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pass pre-employment screening
  
  

Counter Sales Associate Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to sit for 20 minutes at a time
• Ability to push, pull at least 20 pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
