We are seeking an associate attorney for our growing insurance defense/personal injury firm located on the North Shore of Long Island (new professional space in Glen Head) The ideal candidate will have 3 years of relevant experience handling cases involving premises liability; Labor Law claims; automobile liability; and dog bite litigation, from inception to judgment. Trial experience is not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities include:
- Significant client contact from beginning to end
- Frequent and timely reporting to clients and insurance carriers
- Drafting pleadings, responding to discovery demands, review and analysis of medical records
- Conducting and representing clients at depositions
- Court appearances in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and all NYC courts
- Preparing and responding to relevant motions
Please note that for the right candidate, there is the ability to work remotely from home on an as needed basis.
