Key Responsibilities
- Lead all station operations related to international air freight and ocean freight services.
- Manage station profitability, financial performance, and margin improvement.
- Maintain ownership and accountability for P&L results.
- Develop and grow customer relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop operations and customer service personnel.
- Establish, monitor, and improve operational KPIs and productivity metrics.
- Drive process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company, customer, TSA, regulatory, and industry requirements.
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic growth objectives.
- Minimum 5 years of direct freight forwarding experience.
- Experience managing international air freight and/or ocean freight operations.
- Experience leading a freight forwarding branch, station, or office.
- Proven P&L management experience.
- Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Experience managing KPIs, productivity, and operational performance.
- Ability to obtain TSA certification.
