What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers and vendors
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Manage client accounts and maintain strong working relationships
- Ensure inventory availability across warehouse locations
- Enter and manage shipment details in internal systems
- Communicate with shipping agents to ensure proper handling and instructions
- Resolve issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments
- Review documentation and verify accuracy prior to processing payments
- Negotiate rates within guidelines when needed
- Follow projects from start to completion with full accountability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to obtain and maintain TSA certification
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of experience in customer service, office support
