- Managing Bid Responses – Be the leader of our efforts to successfully respond to RFQs and RFIs. Coordinate collection of information and presentation of data. Lead analysis of data as it relates to understanding of scope of opportunities and relevant pricing models. Develop Pricing models for specific client opportunities and bid responses, driving tariff standardization where possible.
- Developing and Managing Marketing Materials. Where appropriate, collaborate with SEKO marketing team to develop or deploy marketing strategies and materials and online content to support Shearer organization business sectors. For stand-alone, non-SEKO business, develop effective branding and marketing materials.
- Deploy marketing strategies and materials along all electronic media, including SEKO and Company web sites, social media platforms, trade shows, publications, etc.
- As required, work with marketing and media development suppliers. Plan and execute successful marketing and awareness media campaigns.
- As required, support development of both SEKO and non-SEKO website content. Ensure sites are continuously updated and functional.
- Managing Sales and Marketing P&L and client ROI. Based on tariff and rate modeling, in collaboration with Operations and Billing teams, suggest pricing improvement options.
- Supporting Trade Shows and Events: Coordinate events and tradeshows, including all details of travel, plan and schedule meetings, marketing materials, booths. Coordinate with clients as directed by Director of Client Solutions.
- Responsible for Real Estate P&L
- Property Management Oversight, including suppliers to support legal affairs, property maintenance, regulatory compliance, taxes.
- Developing portfolio properties and acquisitions or dispositions.
- Performing necessary property and market research to enable profitable growth within the portfolio over time.
