- Provide expert consultations on hair care, color theory, and styling options tailored to each client’s preferences and features.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations to ensure client safety.
- Utilize salon software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending hair products.
- Be part of a long term team of stylists that is family friendly and guest satisfaction oreiented.
Skills
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry with strong skills in hair styling, coloring. Extensions are a bonus but not necessary.
- Proficiency with salon software for appointment booking and client management.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Expertise in color theory to achieve desired results with various hair coloring techniques.
- Skilled in barbering practices such as straight razor shaves and precision cuts for diverse client needs.
- Excellent communication skills to understand client desires clearly and provide personalized recommendations.
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
