What You’ll Do
As a stylist with Shear Madness Inc., you’ll:
- Deliver quality haircuts and an exceptional guest experience
- Provide professional consultations and communicate confidently with clients
- Build relationships that keep guests coming back
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional salon environment
- Work alongside your teammates to keep the salon running smoothly
- Participate in ongoing training and education
- Bring energy, adaptability, and a team-first attitude to every shift
What We’re Looking For
✔ A licensed North Carolina cosmetologist
✔ Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and making clients feel great
✔ A strong communicator who is comfortable with client consultations
✔ A dependable, positive team player
✔ Someone who is adaptable, motivated, and ready to grow
✔ Experienced stylists AND newly licensed cosmetologists are welcome

Pay: $27.95 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 45.0 per week
