Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Fluent Bilingual Spanish/English Admissions Representative to join our recruiting team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process.
Although we consider all qualified applicants, a primary function of this role is to build relationships with prospective students who are most likely to have a significant and positive impact on our campus. In order to determine this, you will evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and otherwise assist with the enrollment process. Your other responsibilities involve giving tours of our campus to prospective students and their families, as well as training current students to serve as campus tour guides. With strong Social Media experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on students’ futures while promoting our academy’s programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging public speaking presentations at high schools, community events, and college fairs to attract prospective students
- Assist prospective students with the admissions process, including application review and documentation collection
- Provide detailed information about program offerings, admission requirements,
- Utilize MEMO or similar student information systems to manage applicant data efficiently
- Offer academic advising and support to help students understand their educational pathways and career opportunities
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to develop outreach strategies that target diverse student populations
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up communications with prospective students
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working with students or in education administration, preferably within a university or college setting
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to motivate and inspire potential students
- 3-5 years background in recruiting, teaching, or academic advising
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive, energetic attitude
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse audiences
- Prior experience in university or post-secondary education environments with 3-5 years experience
