Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Director based in Pittsford, NY. The Spa Director will provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and daily management of a luxury, full-service spa, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and upholding the highest standards of wellness, hospitality, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing and training spa staff, developing and enhancing service offerings, maintaining budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing sales and revenue-driving strategies. The Spa Director will foster a culture of excellence, operational efficiency, and professionalism while working closely with all departments to support a cohesive environment that aligns with the company’s values and goals and strengthens the spa’s reputation as a premier destination for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Qualifications
