Role Description
This full-time, on-site position of Guest Experience Coordinator is located in Pittsford, NY. The Guest Experience Coordinator will be responsible for managing guest interactions to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Daily tasks include assisting with appointment scheduling, addressing customer inquiries, managing guest concerns, and supporting a welcoming environment. The role requires maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
