Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile Branch Service Advisor. Based in Duncan, South Carolina, the Service Advisor will manage customer relationships by assisting with service inquiries and coordinating the maintenance and repair of customer vehicles. Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, providing cost estimates, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining communication with customers throughout the service process.
