Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | 60 Hours Per Week

The Construction Safety Representative will provide daily field safety oversight for civil construction crews, subcontractors, and supervision while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and project-specific safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

OSHA 30 Construction Certification
Current CPR / First Aid / AED Certification
Minimum 5 Years of Construction Safety Experience Preferred

Data Center Construction Experience
Civil Construction Safety Experience

Underground Utility Installation Experience
Heavy Civil Construction Experience
CHST, ASP, CSP, OHST, STSC, or Other BCSP Credential

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide daily field safety oversight for civil construction operations
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
• Monitor excavation activities, utility installation, grading operations, and heavy equipment activities
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
• Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
