Schedule: Monday to Friday, half day Friday⏰ Typical Shift: 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.Project ScopeOversight of concrete, carpenter, and metal wall work.Qualifications• Demonstrated experience supervising concrete, carpentry, and metal wall crews• Strong background in structural and commercial construction work• Proven ability to coordinate daily tasks, manage crew workflows, and maintain productivity• Ability to read plans, perform layout, verify quality, and manage materials• Strong communication and leadership skills with an emphasis on safety• Ability to enforce site safety requirements and complete daily documentation• Valid driver license and dependable transportationPreferred Certifications• OSHA 30 Construction• First Aid and CPR• Competent Person certifications for Fall Protection, Excavation, or Scaffolding• ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I, preferred• NCCER Carpentry or Formwork certification, preferredEqual Opportunity StatementSheakley is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
