Compensation:
Salary Range: $75,000 to $80,000 annually
Estimated Total Cash Compensation: ~$103,000 to $107,000 including allowances
Bonus: Generous discretionary, performance-based bonus opportunity

Schedule:

Scope of Role:
This role supports heavy civil construction and early infrastructure development across Mississippi. Emphasis is placed on field engagement, hazard recognition, and compliance reinforcement.
Qualifications:
OSHA 30 preferred
OSHA 510 preferred
Exposure to utilities, grading, or infrastructure projects
Travel flexibility
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine site audits
Lead toolbox talks and field coaching
Support hazard identification efforts
Maintain documentation
