The skills you've developed as an educator; explaining complex ideas, building relationships, communicating with different personalities, and helping people take action; can transfer well beyond the classroom.
We're looking for current and former teachers, coaches, counselors, administrators, and other education professionals who are interested in applying those skills in financial services while helping individuals and families better understand their financial options.
In this role, you'll meet virtually with individuals and families, learn about their goals and priorities, and educate them on strategies related to life insurance, income protection, savings, college planning, and retirement planning.
What You'll Do
- Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their financial goals.
- Explain financial concepts and strategies in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
- Educate clients on financial strategies appropriate to their individual needs.
- Build professional relationships through communication, education, and service.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Participate in structured training, coaching, and mentorship to develop your financial-services knowledge.

- Has a background in education, coaching, counseling, administration, or a related field.

- Is willing to obtain the required Life Insurance license.
- Is interested in learning a new industry and developing professionally.
No prior financial-services experience is required. Training, coaching, mentorship, and support toward required licensing are provided.

Compensation & Licensing
This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation. It is not a salaried or hourly position, and there is no guaranteed income. Compensation varies based on individual production and performance.
Prior financial-services experience is not required to begin the training process, but individuals must obtain the required licensing before conducting activities that require a license.
