What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Entry & Fulfillment position at SHEA MANUFACTURING INC?
Shea Manufacturing is growing and we need an individual that will help us continue to grow! We manufacture metal pipe fittings for Naval vessels and cruise ships, but this person does not need prior knowledge of products. The candidate we are searching for should have a strong willingness to learn and get to know the product and workflows. This position would be a hybrid of working behind a computer and being active in the warehouse.
Daily skills and responsibilities would include:
- Gmail
- Microsoft - Excel, Word
- Order Entry from quotes
- Pick, Re-package, Ship Product off shelves
- Check Quality, label, and add product to inventory shelves
- Follow verbal instruction/ taking notes for self (no written instructions provided)
- Forklift training for weekly use
