Role Description
The full-time Community Sales Representative will support the sales process at Shea Homes' Missouri City, TX location. This on-site role includes greeting potential customers, conducting property tours, explaining features and benefits, educating buyers on buying options, and building strong relationships within the community. The representative will also handle administrative tasks, maintain a customer database, and provide valuable insights gathered from customers to enhance offerings. The position requires collaboration with sales management, and other team members to achieve business goals while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in customer service, relationship building, and communication to provide an outstanding home buying experience.
- Proficiency in sales, lead generation, and negotiation techniques to drive engagement and meet sales goals.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, processing transactions, and tracking customer interactions efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Basic technological literacy, including familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools, is preferred.
- Previous experience in new home sales.
- Strong Realtor Database.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
