THE POSITION:
The Title/Billing Clerk
Shea Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Title/Billing Clerk to process car deals and prepares legal transfer of documents for the Secretary of State, cost analysis on vehicle sales, all transactions involving finalizing vehicle sales, including compliance identification of supporting documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Take in and Receive/Post funds
· Receive and process paperwork from Sales Department.
· Process title and registration documents
· Post vehicle sales and purchases.
· Prepare payoff checks for vehicles and trade-ins.
· Process staff commission sheets for payroll
· Check Inventory to ensure accurate accounting
· Assist with Vehicle Management
· Ensure all paperwork is processed accurately.
· Upkeep Accounting Schedules
· Other duties determined to be needed by direct supervisor.
