Assistant Manager — She Suds Mobile Laundry Monroe, LA | Part-Time | 20–25 Hours/Week | $18–$22/Hour Performance Bonus Opportunity She Suds Mobile Laundry is looking for an experienced, confident Assistant Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing pickup, delivery, and wash-and-fold laundry business. This is a hands-on management position for someone who enjoys leading people, staying organized, solving problems, and keeping a busy operation running smoothly. Responsibilities Oversee daily workflow and ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time Prioritize incoming orders and keep production moving efficiently Provide direction and support to staff Coordinate customer pickups and deliveries Communicate professionally with customers by phone and text Handle routine customer questions and resolve day-to-day issues Monitor quality and ensure completed orders meet company standards Monitor supplies and operational needs Step into washing, drying, folding and packaging when needed Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency Help maintain strong relationships with customers and business accounts Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is confident, organized and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate: Has previous management or supervisory experience Has experience directing employees and managing workflow Is comfortable making routine decisions independently Can prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines Communicates professionally with customers and employees Is capable of solving everyday problems without constant direction Is dependable, punctual and organized Is willing to lead while also jumping in to help when needed Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Must be able to provide at least two professional references Experience in retail management, hospitality, restaurants, medical/dental offices, property management, housekeeping, customer service, or another fast-paced service business may translate well to this position. Laundry experience is not required. We can teach laundry. We're looking for someone who already knows how to manage. Schedule & Compensation 20–25 hours per week Primarily weekday/daytime hours $18–$22/hour, depending on experience Eligibility for performance-based bonuses after a successful 60-day introductory period This may be an especially good fit for an experienced manager who enjoys leadership and responsibility but is looking for a part-time schedule rather than a traditional full-time management position.
