Position Overview:
She’s Unique is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a boutique retail environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and has a passion for fashion and jewelry. While retail experience is a plus, we provide training, and this position offers great compensation, flexibility, and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and personalized shopping experience
- Assist with daily sales operations, including greeting customers, answering questions, and guiding clients through our jewelry collections
- Accurately handle point-of-sale transactions and manage daily cash drawer counts
- Maintain store displays, ensuring products are attractively presented and fully stocked
- Contribute to meeting store sales goals and delivering on customer satisfaction standards
- Stay informed about product details, designers, and current promotions to confidently assist customers
- Assist in preparing the store for events and promotions, including social media support as needed
- Follow opening closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Passion for fashion, jewelry, and customer service
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in retail, especially jewelry or fashion, is a plus but not required
- Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Availability of 20-30 hours per week
- Desire to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities within the store
