Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (APRN) role based in Bowling Green, KY. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team.

This position is ideal for a provider who is passionate about women's health, values relationship-based care, and enjoys spending meaningful time with patients. The practice operates under a membership-based model that allows providers to focus on personalized care, patient education, and long-term health

outcomes rather than high patient volume.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a variety of women's health concerns while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Clinical Care

  • Provide comprehensive women's healthcare services across the adult lifespan.
  • Perform patient assessments, physical examinations, and health evaluations.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Evaluate and manage perimenopause, menopause, and hormone-related concerns.
  • Conduct comprehensive hormone health evaluations and ongoing symptom management.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and clinical findings.
  • Manage bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) treatment plans when clinically

appropriate.

  • Order, review, and interpret laboratory testing and diagnostic studies.
  • Review and interpret comprehensive laboratory panels related to hormone health, metabolic health,

and overall wellness.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on symptoms, laboratory findings, and

clinical response.

  • Evaluate and manage patients enrolled in weight management programs, including medication
  • management when appropriate.
  • Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and routine primary care concerns within scope of practice.
  • Ensure appropriate follow-up and continuity of care.

Patient Education & Relationship Management

  • Provide ongoing patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, nutrition,

lifestyle modification, and preventive care.

  • Collaborate with patients to establish realistic and achievable health goals.
  • Respond to patient questions and clinical concerns through established communication channels.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with patients through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Empower patients to make informed healthcare decisions through education and support.
  • Deliver a patient experience that reflects the practice's commitment to relationship-based

healthcare.

Clinical Operations & Team Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and an exceptional patient

experience.

  • Support clinical workflow and daily office operations in a small practice environment.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to enhance patient experience and clinical

outcomes.

  • Work collaboratively with team members in an environment where flexibility, communication, and

teamwork are essential.

  • Contribute to patient retention through exceptional clinical care and relationship-building.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and patient-centered service.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have 4 yrs experience, preferably in family medicine or women's healthcare.
  • Must be able to practice and prescribe independently of physician
  • Current Kentucky APRN license in good standing.
  • National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • DEA registration in good standing.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in women's health, primary care, hormone health, endocrinology, functional medicine, weight management, or related specialties.
  • Experience managing hormone replacement therapy.
  • Experience interpreting comprehensive laboratory panels.
  • Experience developing individualized treatment plans focused on long-term patient outcomes.
  • Experience working in a private practice setting.
  • Experience or strong interest in perimenopause, menopause, hormone optimization, and women's wellness.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
