Health Officer

Role Description This full-time, on-site Health Officer role at SHE Company Oficial is based in Drexel Hill, PA. The Health Officer will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of health and safety programs across the organization, with a focus on both occupational and community health. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workplace inspections, identifying hazards, and recommending corrective actions to improve safety and compliance. The role involves collaborating with operational teams and leadership to promote health awareness, delivering trainings, and ensuring adherence to relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. The Health Officer will also maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support incident investigation and follow-up to drive continuous improvement in health and safety performance.
Qualifications

• Strong background in Occupational Health and Workplace Safety, with the ability to assess risks and implement preventive measures.
• Experience or knowledge in Community Health, including health promotion, education, and outreach initiatives.
• Proficiency in Construction Safety practices, standards, and regulations, especially for field or project-based environments.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present training, write clear reports, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with OSHA and other applicable federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose practical health and safety improvements.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CHES, CSP, CIH, or related credentials) are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Drexel Hill, PA, including occasional visits to other company locations or project sites as needed.
