Requirement / Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Florida license in PT, OT or SLP
- At least one year of demonstrated success leading therapy programing for our extensive portfolio of rehabilitation centers.

Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS
* Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist with 4-6 years of multi-site management.* Four or more years' experience within the long term care and sub-acute nursing home environment.* Proven Leadership skills in the healthcare field; Knowledge of and ability to perform skills related to management, planning budgeting and operations.* Good understanding of documentation and reimbursement within the Long term care environment.* Strong leadership and organization skills.* Effective oral and written communication skills.
