Responsibilities: You will play a critical role in ensuring our centers provide the best level of care for the residents and patients we serve. Ensure quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce management to meet resident needs. Foster a culture of quality, safety, and resident-centered care. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is vital in maintaining stability and continuity while we transition to permanent leadership.
Required:
Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
- RN Licensure in the state of practice required. Multi-state compact license, preferred.
- 5 years nurse management experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing center required.
- 2 years; experience as a Director of Nursing.
- Prior LTC or SNF experience in the state of practice required.
- Must have PC experience with the ability to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software.

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Valid State licensure as an RN (job code
• One to three (1-3) years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient in the use of personal computer.
• Travel 90 to 95% of the time.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervises nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENTMay be required to respond to critical issues on a 24/7 basis.
