This is an on-site position based out of our Des Moines, IA office.

What We’re Looking For

SHAZAM is looking for a Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming environment, and being responsible for a variety of tasks that support daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Greet and log in and out visitors by following established risk and security policies and procedures; create visitor badges.
• Answer quickly and courteously all incoming telephone calls, routing them to the appropriate person and/or department.
• Function as mailroom backup, performing all daily mailroom duties and activities in a professional, accurate and prompt manner.
• Ability to think independently and provide self-direction, solve various problems and make informed, rational decisions.
  
  

What You Need

• Minimum one year office experience and telephone console experience helpful.
• Microsoft Office Suite, Easy Lobby and Avigilon experience helpful.
• Possess professional communication skills - written, telephone, and internal communication.
