RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact existing and new customer prospects to demonstrate products and gain new sales opportunities to secure new sales growth.
- Work in close collaboration with the Business Development Team to capitalize on new product launches, lead generation, and new business opportunities.
- Develop strong customer relationships through meaningful communications to resolve issues, provide viable solutions, ongoing sales, and customer service support.
- Collaborate with all facets of the business to support demand creation initiatives for winning the customer through value propositions built on a relationship solution selling approach.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales to achieve budget goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree or higher in Engineering preferred.
- Experience working in customer service.
- 1 years of experience in sales preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong phone presence and comfort with managing multiple calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability and desire to travel as needed.
- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
- High level of organization and detail-orientation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
- Effective working in teams as well as self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills.
