What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Front Desk Coordinator position at Shawnee Crossings Dental Care?
We are a modern, detail oriented, family friendly dental office looking for a FRONT DESK COORDINATOR who has dental assisting experience.
This position is for someone who knows customer service very well, is friendly, accurate, reliable, can work independently, has great communication skills, understand insurance and copays, and can assist clinically with a preference to be a front desk coordinator. Must be a team player.
Responsibilities include but not limited to greeting patients,answering phones, scheduling patients, filing claims, posting payments, calculating and collecting copays,must be able to learn dental software.
This position is full time, the individual must be able to work from Mon to Thurs. Interested candidates must have at least 1 year of DENTAL front desk experience. Hours: M 7-4; Tues 9-5;Wed 8-4; Thurs 7-3.Please email resumes. Thank you
