Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated General Maintenance and Janitorial professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, with a focus on janitorial duties and occasional repairs around the clubhouse. Duties
- Perform daily janitorial tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment throughout the clubhouse and surrounding areas.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on various systems and equipment as needed.
- Address general building maintenance issues, including plumbing and basic repairs.
- Assist with residential painting projects to maintain the facility’s appearance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant and member concerns promptly and professionally.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to diagnose minor issues and implement effective solutions.
Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in janitorial services and facilities maintenance, demonstrating their ability to manage both cleaning and repair tasks independently. Strong customer service skills are essential for positive interactions with members and staff.
