Purpose of this position
The purpose of this position is to provide restorative nursing care to residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures; report residents needs and concerns to a licensed nurse. Must be committed to person-centered care by embracing and following the facilitys goal of person-centered care by demonstrating and being supportive of individual resident choice and controlled resident-preferred routines in all aspect of daily living.

Qualifications:Qualifications
State registered Nursing Assistant.
Knowledge and interest in the care of the geriatric resident.
Knowledge and skills in basic restorative nursing principles and practices of restorative nursing. Has received or will receive further in house training in techniques and practices of restorative nursing.
Conscientious, cooperative, ability to work as a team member.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently without constant line of sight supervision.
Clinical nursing assistant experience, minimum of two (2) years, with consistently good job performance evaluations.
Satisfactory job attendance history.
